JK & Company has established a very competitive commission rate structure. Many of our clients are very surprised that they can get the expertise of a RE/MAX agent for a fee that is competitive with many “discounters”.

For many sellers, the commission rate is the sole determining factor in deciding which Realtor to use to sell their home. While the commission rate is a very important factor, the experience of the agent should be among the most important areas to consider. Oftentimes, lack of experience can end up costing a seller thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, the seller doesn’t appreciate the need for that experience until it is often too late. Problems with contract negotiations, contracts that “fall through” before settlement, a home that is not selling, are just a few examples.

First of all…….we don’t want our competition to know . Second, our rate will vary slightly depending on market conditions and the type and price of home we are selling.
